shipping

all crclbck. items are made to order.

production

each item is produced after your order is placed. production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. this does not include carrier transit time.

delivery estimates

estimated delivery time is calculated as:

production time + shipping time = estimated delivery time

most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and current volume.

shipping rates

shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery address.

tracking

you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

made to order items

because our products are made to order, your order may ship in multiple packages if items are produced at different fulfillment locations.

delays

carrier delays, high order volume, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, and other issues can affect delivery times. we’ll do what we can to help, but once an order is handed to the carrier, transit timing is largely outside our control.

wrong address

please double check your shipping address before placing your order. if an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be delayed, returned, or lost. if you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible at ping@crclbck.com.

lost packages

if your tracking says delivered but you can’t find the package, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. if the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll review the issue.

damaged or incorrect orders

if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
